?核?職責?

?● ??全流程製作：??負責影?策劃、拍攝、燈光、剪接及動態圖表 (Motion Graphics) 等?
?設計。?
?●?? 多元拍攝：??主理?物專訪、企業活動及?活專題的專業拍攝?作。?
?●? ?創新敘事：??緊貼數碼趨勢，引入新穎的敘事?法優化新聞呈現。?
?●?? 器材管理：??負責攝錄器材及燈光設備的?常維護與管理。?
?●?? 專案?援：??協助特別項?企劃及履?指派的職務。?

入職要求?

?● ??多媒體或相關學科?憑/學位，具 2 年或以上紮實的經驗。?（具網媒或新聞媒體經驗者優先）?
?●?? 精通 Premiere Pro、After Effects、Photoshop 及 Lightroom等。?
?●? ?熟悉 AI ?具輔助製作流程者將獲優先考慮。?
?●?? 具備獨立執?能?、有效的團隊協作與專案管理能?。?
?●?? 敏銳的新聞觸覺及審美眼光，能在緊湊期限前保持?品質產出。?
?●?? 流利廣東話，具備良好英語及普通話溝通能?。?

?post-production editing, and motion graphics.?
?●?? Photography??: Provide professional photography for??interviews, corporate?
?portraits, events, and lifestyle features.?
?●?? Storytelling:??Leverage digital trends to optimize??news presentation and viewer?
?retention.?
?●?? Equipment Management:??Manage inventory and maintenance??of all recording?
?and lighting gear.?
?●?? Ad-Hoc Support:??Assist with projects as assigned by??management.?

Requirements?
?

● ??Experience:??Diploma/Degree in Multimedia with 2+ years??of hands-on?
?experience (news/media background preferred).?
?●?? Tech Stack:??Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After??Effects, Photoshop, and?
?Lightroom.?
?●?? AI Skills:??Experience with AI-assisted production??tools is a distinct advantage.?
?●?? Traits??: Strong news sense, aesthetic judgment, deadline-driven,??and project?
